Business & career coaching

“One must not waste one’s life earning it.” Moroccan proverb

“WORKING HARD FOR SOMETHING WE DON’T CARE ABOUT IS CALLED STRESS. WORKING HARD FOR SOMETHING WE LOVE IS CALLED PASSION. ” Simon Sinek

Together, we engage the necessary resources to enable you to achieve your goals.

We start from questions, doubts, challenges, difficulties you encounter in your professional life.

The “coach” is, for the time of the coaching, a travel companion, who helps you go further on the way you have chosen, to find your own way or to change course.

ETHICS

Coaching is a process of support enabling the coachee to find within himself the necessary resources in order to achieve his goals.

The coach has no therapeutic goal (although coaching may have this effect). Neither is he a consultant in charge of providing solutions. Coaching is more about solutions emerging from a cooperation with the coachee. The coachee always remains autonomous and master of his choices.

I adhere to the code of ethics of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), containing among other things the duty of confidentiality and the fundamental skills that are required from a coach.

My practice is professionally supervised and I follow an ongoing personal development training.

HOW CAN I HELP YOU?

Each counselling route, each encounter is unique.

Here are some reasons that might bring you to start a coaching experience.

“I don’t know where I am heading, I don’t see the big picture anymore.”

“I want my everyday life to be different.”

“I have ideas but I don’t know where to start to move forward.”

“I’m stuck in this situation.”

“I do not feel up to it.”

“I feel exhausted, out of breath.”

Here are a few examples of subjects that my clients use to bring: life/work balance, time management, organization, effective delegation, motivation, how to prevent a burn-out, how to come back after a burn-out, stress management, career reorientation, progress in your career, business development,

It can be a long term path, as for a career reorientation, but also very punctual help, like for preparing a difficult meeting or more “technical” issues, such as speaking before an audience for instance.
